Van Vihar National Park
Location:- The park is located on a hill adjacent to the upperlake within the Bhopal city.
Best time to visit:- October to March, Park open throught out the year.
Birds:- Painted Stork, Woolly Neck Stork, Sarus Crane, White Ibis, Glossy Ibis, Red Crested Pochard, Lesser Whistling Teals, Brahminy Shelduck, Iora, Golden Oriole, Red Munia, Indian Pitta, Shikra, Grey Francolin, Baya, Koel, Pied Crested Cuckoo and Many other Species of wetland and terrestrial birds.


Kerwa
Location:- Kerwa is located 22 km from Bhopal City. Habibganj railway station is 18 Km away from Kerwa. The entry points in Kerwa region are from Bhadbhada Dam & Law Institute side.
Best Time to Visit:- Through out the year.
Birds:- Paradise Flycatcher, Blue Throat, Pied King Fisher, Stork billed King Fisher, Plum Headed Parakeet, Rose Ring Parakeet, Bar Headed Thrush, White Bellied Drongo, Mottled Wood Owl, Spotted Owlet and many Other species of Woodpeckers, Flycatchers etc.


Kolar Dam
Location:- Kolar Dam is located 40 Km away from Bhopal.
Best Time to Visit:- July to March
Birds:- Alexandrine Parakeet, Bay Backed Shrike, Black Redstar, Blue Rock Pigeon, Brown Rock Chat, Common Coot and Many Other Species of birds.


Bilkhiriya

Location:- Bilkhiriya is 25 Km away from Bhopal City on the Bhopal-Raisen Highway.
Best Time to Visit:- October to March
Birds:- Sarus Crane, Spot Billed Duck, Common Coot, Red Created Pochard, Open Bill Stork, Cotton Teals, Grey Hornbill, Pied Bush Chat, Purple Moorhen, Tickells Blue Flycatcher and Many other species of Wetland and Terrestrial Birds.


Delabadi

Location:- Delabadi is located 55 Km away from Bhopal through NH-12 on Salkanpur Road.
Best Time To Visit:- Through out The Year.
Birds:- White Bellied Drongo, Racket Tailed Drongo, Paradise Flycatcher, Plum Headed Parakeet, Black Headed Oriole, Large Wood Shrike, Iora, Coppersmith Barbet, Brown Headed Barbet And Many other species of Forest Birds.
