On the occasion of Wild life Week 2010 Indore forest department Organised Birdwatching Camp on 5th and 6th October in Sirpur lake.At least 80 Participant from different School and birders of Indore participated in this Camp.Resource persons Shri M.Khalique and Dr.Sangeeta Rajgir (Bhopal Birds) have given information about the birds of sirpur lake to participants.The 40 Species of birds were Sighted like Pond heron, Pied crested cuckoo, Brown Shrike,Grey hornbill, Black drongo, Purple sunbird etc. In the end of the Camp participants were debriefed by resource persons.
